:: Repeating diamond medallions interconnected, each bearing their own minor diamond shaped medallions atop a covered field of germinating blossoms and rainbow colored botehs. Outer border in a reciprocating pawn design motif. Colors and shades include: Madder root red, wine red, navy blue, camel, charcoal, burgundy, antique ivory, chocolate brown, and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile and knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One end measures 3'7" whereas the opposing measures 3'10". This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type, age, and size. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Serab rug runner made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 3'10" x 11'.
